What is your favorite part of your job?

I love that I get to tell the compelling stories of faculty, staff and students that show the impact of COSAM's research and discoveries. 

What is your education and work experience? 

I earned a MBA from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and a MSLIS from Florida State University. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing from FAU. Additionally, I have more than 25 years of solid work experience in marketing. Prior to COSAM, I worked for the sixth largest school district in the nation and the 10th largest library system in the nation for more than a decade.

What do you like most about Auburn? 

Auburn is much more than the university. It is an experience filled with rich traditions, and a love and respect that goes around the world.    

What is your favorite hobby or hobbies? 

My artwork!  

Why did you pursue the career you are in?

From an early age, I had a passion for marketing and communications. I enjoy developing ideas to share information and integrate the message with a consistent brand.  

What is your favorite spot to de-stress?

The technical term might be a thalassophile or aquaphile, but being from sunny Fort Lauderdale, I automatically de-stress anywhere I can enjoy the water. 

If you could go anywhere for one week, where would you go?

If I could go anywhere for a week, I would spend that week in Seychelles. I have always wanted to see the largest coral atoll, Aldabra Island. It would be an amazing vacation and inspirational.
