For technology support requests/questions, please use one of the methods below:
-
If you have Password or DUO multi-factor authentication issues, please get in touch with the OIT Service Desk at 334-844-4944; COSAM IT does not have the access to resolve these issues.
-
Fill out a support ticket within our ticketing system
-
Email: cosamhd@auburn.edu - Only send one support request email. The COSAM IT email address should not be used as a "CC" on multiple emails since this will flood the system with many requests.
-
For critical needs, please call us at (334) 844-5712. Leave a voice message if no one answers.
- NOTE: COSAM IT has moved to Leach Science Center, room 0173. Our new location is now within the secure research space in the Leach Science Center basement. A telephone is next to the vending machines by the first-floor elevator to call us when you arrive. Access to the basement is locked and will require one of us to meet you on the first floor. We encourage you to make an appointment before visiting us.

**NOTE Step 4: The most common issue after changing your password is forgetting your WIFI on your Mobile Devices and other computers. Also, check if you have any mapped drives with a RED X on them; these need to be disconnected. Contact COSAM IT if you need help after your password change.
