Pursue an exciting and rewarding career in STEM.
THIS IS THE PATH TO YOUR FUTURE IN STEM.
Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies (GEST)
Minor in Geography and Environmental Studies (GEST)
Bachelor of Science in Geology (GEOL)
Bachelor of Science in Geology - Earth System Science Option (ESYS)
Accelerated Bachelors/Masters in Geography and Environmental Studies (GEST)
The Accelerated Bachelors/Masters (ABM) of Geography and Environmental Studies (GEST) degree program provides an opportunity for highly-motivated students to gain an in-depth understanding of materials related to geography beyond that of typical bachelor's level graduates and make them more competitive for the employment of graduate studies. The ABM program also allows an opportunity for students involved in undergraduate research to build upon those efforts and develop them into a master's thesis. In addition, the ABM program in Geography allows students to complete both a bachelor's and master's degree in five calendar years by allowing undergraduates to enroll in graduate level classes during their senior year. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.4 or higher for this program.

Accelerated Bachelors/Masters in Geology (GEOL)
The Accelerated Bachelors/Masters (ABM) of Geology degree program provides an opportunity for highly motivated undergraduate students to gain a depth of understanding and experience of geology beyond that of typical bachelor's level graduates. The ABM program allows these exceptional students to count up to 9 hours toward both the bachelor's and master's degrees. The Bachelor of Science in Geology undergraduate major can lead to a Master of Science in Geology (thesis or non-thesis) in the ABM track. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.4 or higher for this program.
